Capture the beauty of Santa Paula, the purpose of Santa Paula Beautiful Photo Contest is to showcase the breathtaking variety of scenic beauty, landmarks, buildings, nature that abounds in our community.
- This contest is open for online submissions only via email at RotaryContest@
santapaularotary.com - Photos must be submitted before October 12, 2020 at 11:59 pm. PST. Any submissions after this deadline will not be included in the contest.
- Photos submitted must be at least 640 pixels on the shorter side, and no more than 2000 pixels on the longer side. Images should be no larger than 2MB. Photos must be in JPEG format.
- You may submit one photo for this contest.
- You are required to provide a unique title & description for each image submitted.
- All entries must showcase the beauty of Santa Paula and immediate adjacent areas.
- There must be no border(s), logo(s), copyright marks, identifying marks, or any other visible references and/or marks on the images.
- Basic editing, including color enhancement, the use of filters, and cropping of the Photo(s) is acceptable, provided any such editing does not affect the authenticity and/or genuineness of the photos.
- A panel of professional photographers from Santa Paula will judge all entries and select three winning photos. The winners will be announced October 14, 2020.
- There will be three prizes: first prize; a 20x24 printed photo of the winning image, mounted, laminated and framed with a canvas texture on it (value $250.00). Second prize a 16x20 printed photo of the winning image, mounted, framed and laminated with a canvas texture on it (value $200.00). Third prize: an1 1x14 printed photo of the winning image mounted, laminated and framed with a canvas texture on it (value $150.00)
- Printed winner’s photos will be available for pick up only at Melgar Photo Studio. 951 E. Main St. Santa Paula, two weeks after winners are announced.

By participating in this contest, you are allowing the Rotary Club of Santa Paula to publish the photograph on, including but not limited to, the Rotary Club of Santa Paula web sites, and other electronic and print promotional materials and in print media.
Immediate family members of Santa Paula Rotary Club members and members will not be allowed to participate.
